It chronicles the life of Fredy Ortiz, founder and frontman of Uchpa, a pioneering rock and blues band that performs in Quechua. The film traces Ortiz’s path from his early life, including his service as a police officer during Peru’s internal conflict, to the creation of a band that fused hard rock, blues, and Andean culture.
